Payment Policy

All amounts are shown and charged in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹). The bid amount you enter is the amount you commit to pay, subject to any valid discount applied at checkout. Any applicable taxes or gateway fees, if charged, will be displayed before you confirm.

Placing a bid creates a pending entry. Your spot only goes live once our payment partner confirms that the payment has been captured. Until that confirmation, the spotlight is not reserved for you and another bidder may still claim it.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card, UPI or bank credentials on our servers — those are processed securely by the gateway. We only retain a payment reference needed to confirm and reconcile your bid.

Once a payment is confirmed it is final and non-refundable. This includes situations where you are subsequently outbid, where you change your mind, or where you are unhappy with the exposure received. Please review your bid carefully before paying.

If a payment fails, your bid will not go live and no charge should be retained by the gateway; any temporary hold is released per the gateway’s timelines. In the rare case of a genuine duplicate charge for the same bid caused by a technical error, contact us with the payment reference and we will investigate and reverse the erroneous duplicate. This is the only circumstance in which money may be returned, and it is not a “refund” of a valid bid.

Promotional discounts (for example, from an invite “spin” offer) are single-use, time-limited, and reduce only the upfront amount payable. A discounted bid is treated exactly like any other bid for the purpose of ranking and finality.

Because the Service is delivered immediately upon confirmation, we treat unwarranted chargebacks as a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to remove the associated spotlight entry and to contest such chargebacks with supporting evidence.
