Overbid.online operates a single rotating “spotlight”. Anyone may place a bid to occupy that spotlight and display their Instagram account, YouTube channel and website, along with optional featured videos. The highest confirmed bidder holds the spotlight until a higher bid is confirmed.

There is no registration, sign-up or login. You are not required to create an account to bid or pay. Because we do not maintain user logins, you are responsible for keeping any confirmation details you receive.

A bid must exceed the current spotlight amount by at least the configured minimum increment shown on the site at the time of bidding. A bid is only considered valid and “active” once the associated payment has been successfully confirmed. Submitting a bid does not reserve the spotlight until payment clears.

We may cancel, reverse or refuse any bid that appears fraudulent, automated, abusive, or made in bad faith, at our sole discretion.

All payments are final. Being outbid later, changing your mind, or dissatisfaction with visibility does not entitle you to a refund. See our Refund Policy for the complete position. In short: pay once, show up — no refunds.

You confirm that the accounts, links and videos you submit are yours or that you are authorised to promote them, and that they do not contain or link to: unlawful material, sexually explicit content, hate speech, harassment, malware, misleading claims, or anything that violates the platform policies of Instagram, YouTube or applicable law in India.

We may remove, hide or replace any submitted content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms, without a refund.

You retain ownership of your own handles, links and videos. By submitting them you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display them on the Service while your bid is live and, in aggregate or historical form, on leaderboards.

Featured videos and links point to third-party platforms which have their own terms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify features, the minimum increment, categories, or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Overbid.online is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for any loss of expected exposure, engagement, followers or revenue arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the bid giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at our registered place of business.
